  • Account information: name, email address, and password (hashed) when you register.
  • Billing information: payment method details processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, browser type, IP address, and timestamps, collected via server logs and analytics.
  • Content you create: documents, fields, and other data you enter into the service.

We collect information directly from you when you register, subscribe, or use the service, and automatically through standard web technologies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Document Repository service.
  • Process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe.
  • Send transactional emails (account activation, password reset, invoices) via Postmark.
  • Respond to support requests and communicate service updates.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We will not use your information for purposes other than those described without your consent.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

We disclose personal information only to trusted third-party processors necessary to deliver the service:
